I am genuinely thankful to have friends at the Wellskin. They have all helped greatly as I venture to be rid of ‘permanent reminders’ of a life I once lived. Their thorough staff and equipment have made this process as enjoyable and painless as can be, as well as their efforts to make it as affordable as possible. Also, reminders to ice my treatments has kept half-inch high blisters from disgusting my friends and family. A special thanks to Cynthia and Ryan for the great fellowship and to Miriam for the friendly reminders and smiling welcome. Hope you can see why the Wellskin has blessed me so much!

I have had a tattoo of a cross on my lower back for almost three years. It was something I regretted instantly...Vegas mistake (I got the tattoo because I was drunk). Making a mistake is a pretty human thing to do and I want it removed because it is not meaningful. I initially tried to get my tattoo removed at a well known place in Beverly Hills. It was expensive and I thought it would be the best (based on commercials, advertising and very false promises during my consultation). I had 10 treatments that consisted of driving from the South Bay to Beverly Hills, getting numerous shots of lidocaine each visit (which hurts more than the actual treatment) and a still painful laser treatment. VERY little progress was made in regards to removal. I have been so happy with my treatments at the Wellskin. The staff is very friendly and they know my name. Everyone seems invested in making sure I am satisfied and that the tattoo fades. The treatments are really fast and the numbing cream and ice help. The price is completely reasonable...and worth every penny! I am so happy I found Wellskin!

My first experience with Wellskin was… hmmm… I would have to say that I thought it was bogus when my friend told me about it. She told me that Wellskin got rid her tattoo and I didn’t believe it. Then I thought about my life and how my tattoo was related to a lot of negative events. So I figured what the heck and so I called and made an appointment. I was so freaked out when it was time for the actual procedure. The staff was so comforting and I went through with it. It was the best decision I ever made.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind & helpful. I have been wanting to have my tattoos removed for many years, however, cost was always a deterrent. Once I found out the low prices, I decided it was time to get moving! I had treatment at another well-known surgery center in the past, and did not receive the quality service that I received today. This was a decision I made 15 years ago when I was 18 years old and as an adult I came to find it was something I needed to have taken care of. My tattoo is gone and my girlfriend and future wife is much happier and so am I. I thought I was going to have to get another tattoo to cover it but instead had it completely removed instead of being hidden. The staff here has been phenomenal every visit I’ve had. Also due to my busy schedule they have worked with me on numerous occasions to reschedule and have been very prompt in returning phone calls. All of my procedures have been pain free and handled in a professional manner. It is nice to see such a personable friendly front desk staff, Ryan has been on the ball with any and every question or concern I have had. Thank you Wellskin.

My experience with Wellskin has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff is completely knowledgeable and they carefully walk their patients through each step, making me comfortable and reassured with my decision. Having just finished my third treatment, my tattoo has almost completely faded. The results have been amazing, better than I expected from my vividly colored tattoo. If anybody is thinking about getting their tattoo removed, I couldn’t recommend a better nor more professional place than the Wellskin.

The main difference with Wellskin is I feel like people truly care here about the outcome. The last place I went to have my laser tattoo removal done, the doctor (dermatologist) just took my money, quickly did the treatment, and moved on to the next person. It didn’t make a difference whether or not it faded. There wasn’t enough personal care. I paid more than twice at the other place I went to and the treatments were exactly the same using the same laser, however they didn’t numb me or even cool my skin during the treatment. Overall, think back to it, it was pretty bad. I would go in the office, they would give me ice and after a minute he would take me in and it was painful. The staff at Wellskin is great. It’s very personal. I feel like I know them and coming here is a pleasant experience. The other place was the exact opposite. I didn’t feel like they cared about my progress. It didn’t matter to them if I showed up to my treatments or not. The reason I took so long in between treatments at the last place is because I dreaded going to that doctor. I would wait for 4 months at a time, but then I went back... they didn’t care. I knew that because he didn’t even remember me because he asked me all the same questions as a new patient. On the other hand, I feel at Wellskin they truly know me. The pricing is much more affordable here too. The fact that they have clear pricing is good. Other places I looked into will not give you a flat rate, you have to beat it out of the doctors. They won’t give it to you on the phone or on a brochure. Pricing is all obvious at Wellskin. You can look online or at their brochure and when you come in you will know how much it will cost you. I like the fact that Wellskin’s literature clearly explains everything. Even if the prices were higher at Wellskin (and they’re not), I would still come here. If you were going to have a tattoo removal done, it’s a big step. So with that in mind, money shouldn’t be the main priority. It’s all about where you feel comfortable and good about this change. Lucky for me, Wellskin made it affordable for me to get this done. I highly recommend it. You know right away that Cynthia knows what she is doing. You’re in good hands here.

I have been a nurse for 4 years going on 5 now and my tattoo doesn't fit me anymore. I was a teenager when I got it. I have a child now and I'm about to get married so I wanted it removed. I want to present myself differently now. Before I went to Wellskin, tattoo removal cost me 4 times more going to another place. It was in Fort Meyers, Florida and it was a plastic surgeon who performed the treatment. Going to a doctor, I figured I had to pay the price. I figured he knew what he was doing. I ended up scarred. The doctor didn't even numb me or even tell me about proper after care. Over there I used to have to wait an hour and then they would rush me in and out and I didn't feel like they gave me any personal attention. If I had any questions, the doctor wouldn't really address them. Even though I'm a nurse, his approach was, "I'm a doctor and you're a nurse," so he would never really give me an informative response and just blew me off. I had to wait 3 months in between treatments which I felt was excessive. Just because he's a plastic surgeon who does laser treatments, I felt I would get the best care. That's so far from the truth. When I first found out about Wellskin, I was shocked about how much more affordable the pricing is here. I asked about 3 times and I was skeptical because pricing was so much lower than anywhere else. I did a lot of research before committing to another tattoo removal provider. In the past, I was paying $400 per treatment! Wellskin only charges me only $79 per treatment which is ¼ the cost. I'm even getting better care here at Wellskin and the laser they use is the same as the doctor in Florida. Another good thing is the staff at Wellskin clearly documents my progress with pictures so that I can see my own improvement. The last place I went to didn't do that. Most important, the staff at Wellskin is extremely professional and respectful. Before Cynthia (Wellskin Laser Nurse Specialist) even began treatment, she explained everything to me in depth and walked me through the process as if I never did it before. They talked to me and really listened and let me ask all the questions I needed. I feel like they educate me very much. They test me even after the treatment so that I know what to do. They really care here to make sure my tattoo is taken care of properly after the treatment is done, which I learned is a very important part of the removal process. Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way at the other place. As far as pain goes, based on a scale of 1 to 10, at the last place I experienced 10 out of 10 pain. However at Wellskin, I feel 2 out of 10 pain. The way you numb with ice and use the Cryo 6 during treatments... no one else does that. The healing ointment Wellskin offers is good too. Its easy, I put it on twice a day and I don't have to worry about dressing it. I noticed that even my scars aren't as noticeable. The staff at WELLSKIN is even reducing the noticeable scars I got at the other place. That's great. Everyone is so pleasant, friendly and personable at Wellskin and the waiting room is nice too. I would definitely recommend Wellskin! I'm trying to get my fiancée to come in.
