Michael Lum, D.O. Owner
A licensed physician since 1989 and a native Californian, Dr. Lum is 100% dedicated to cosmetic dermatology. Board Certified in Family Practice, Dr. Lum teaches physicians, nurses and dentists at the Esthetic Skin Institute. His medical practice background is procedure intensive and†also includes the management of critical care patients, assisting with surgeries, obstetrics, emergency and urgent care medicine.
Lisa Marie Naegel, MSN, NP
A native Californian with over 15 years in nursing experience, Lisa Marie is Board Certified in Family Practice. She is also a professor who teaches future nurses and allied health professionals at two college institutions. Her medical practice background and strengths include, but not limited to obstetrics and gynecology, family practice, gerentology in both acute and long term settings, medical/surgical settings with a focused emphasis on telemetry, psychiatric care, step down care of intensive patients, wound care, and esthetics.
Sharon Hogo, MSN, NP
Sharon has been a nurse for over 30 years working all over the state from Southern to Northern California and back. Her caring personality and her strong interest in helping people feel better both inside and out makes her a great addition to the Wellskin team.
Cynthia Moore, RN
Cynthia has an extensive background in nursing and whose passion for the aesthetics began over 10 years ago. She has travelled far and wide, eager to learn every advanced technique as well as new technologies at any given opportunity. A nurse for over 39 years, Cynthia's patients appreciate her artistic ability as she enhances a face, or subtly takes off years, often providing instant gratification.
Melissa Rauh, RN
Melissa began her career in aesthetics as an esthetician since 1998 and then became a registered nurse in 2010. Melissa's fun, engaging personality make her an awesome addition to the team. Her current favorite treatment is Fractional non-ablative skin resurfacing. "This treatment is amazing. I have had two treatments and my skin has never looked better. My pores are smaller, skin looks fresh and radiant plus no down time. I highly suggest!"
Melissa Moore, Skin Specialist
Melissa is a knowledgeable esthetician and former beauty editor who has published skin care and beauty articles for a couple of Los Angeles publications. She has 9 years experience as an esthetician and specializes in chemical peels and facial treatments. She has consulted and treated faces who appear covers of Vogue, Elle, Sports Illustrated, and Maxim, to name a few. She takes time to educate patients about their skin so they can prevent damage and correct imperfections so they can maintain healthy skin in between treatments. Melissa most enjoys treating people from all walks of life who all want better looking skin.
Brianna Stroud, Skin Specialist
Brianna formulates skincare regimens for any skin issue to help improve the overall health of the skin. Her top priority is to ensure that all patients are just as happy with their treatments as they are with the results. Brianna is committed to assisting everyone she can in looking and feeling like the very best version of themselves.
Bianca Martinez
Bianca has a hardworking attitude that is a great addition to the Wellskin team. She is a fast learner and is always eager to learn more! Her goal is to become a Dermatologist and is currently volunteering at UCLA Hospital as well. Her favorite product is the Skincult because it gets rid of all the dead skin cells and you can use it all over the face & body.
Kenia Pineda
Kenia has been working at Wellskin for over a year now. She enjoys assisting patients and fellow team members in every way possible, always willing to lend a hand. The minute patients walk in the door her objective is to make them feel comfortable and welcomed. In the future, she hopes to become a Speech Therapist where she will continue to help others.
